Metzinger - President, CEO, and Director of Vyta Corp Mr Metzinger has more than 30 years of Management experience in the field of corporate and securities law, encompassing national and international private and public offerings, corporate recapitalizations, mergers, acquisitions, and other financing facilities. During his career, he has served as a director for numerous public companies. In addition, he founded and served as President, CEO and Director of MegaCorp and Modern Energy Corporation. He served as President, CEO and Director of Intercell Corporation (now known as New Market China Inc.) from June 1966 to October 20, 2003. Mr. Metzinger received his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University, Omaha, Neraska, in 1967, and his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University in 1969. Dr. Herbert J. Neuhaus - Director of Vyta Corp Dr. Herbert J. Neuhaus has nearly 25 years experience in the development of new technologies for microelectronics packaging and production. Dr. Neuhaus is a Director and Executive VP of Vyta Corp. Previously, he was Managing Director of Particle Interconnect Corporation and was associated with the Electronics Materials Venture Group of Amoco Chemical Company. Dr. Neuhaus currently serves as Director of Operations of TechLead Corporation, "where he supports clients around the world in the areas of intellectual property management and valuation, technical cost modeling and development of strategic planning tools." Dr. Neuhaus received his Ph.D. in Physics from MIT, and in 2002 received the prestigious distinction of Fellow of the Society of the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS). He currently chairs the materials subcommittee of the IMAPS National Technical Committee. Among others, he has held the positions of Research Chemist at American Cyanamid Research Laboratories, Stamford; Senior Research Physicist at Exxon Research and Engineering Company; Manager of New Business Development at Exxon Enterprises, Exxon Corporation, New York, NY; and President of Robert Shaw Associates, Inc., Chatham, NJ. Dr. Shaw received his Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from Cambridge University, Cambridge, England. He was among the first to conduct academic research on electronic conduction mechanisms in amorphous semiconductors.
